BJ’S “MOTHER’S DAY SWEEPSTAKES”
OFFICIAL RULES

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE FEMALE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AZ, CA, CO, FL, IN, KY, LA, NV, OH, OK,
OR, TX, or WA WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY

1. ELIGIBILITY: BJ’s “Mother’s Day Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of AZ, CA, CO, FL, IN ,KY, LA, NV, OH, OK, OR, TX, or WA, who are at least, 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and its advertising, promotion and web design agencies, including PrizeLogic LLC (“PrizeLogic”); and all other individuals or entities associated with the development, administration, promotion, execution of, or supply to this Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor & Others") and members of each of their household or immediate family, i.e., spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, the “steps” of each, and persons whether or not residing in such immediate family members’ household are not eligible to enter or win.

2. TO ENTER: Sweepstakes starts 5/1/11 at 12:00am PST and ends 5/31/11 at the close of business at participating BJ’s Restaurants (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter: Go to your favorite participating BJ’s Restaurant (“Restaurant[s]”) during the Sweepstakes Period, legibly complete an Official Entry Form available inside your menu or at the Host/ess Desk and hand it to the host/ess or your server prior to the close of business 5/31/11. You may also read the Official Rules at www.bjsrestaurants.com. No mechanically or otherwise reproduced entries are allowed. Limit: One (1) entry per person, per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for incomplete, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, late, illegible, mail or mutilated entries or entries not received by Sponsor.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: The names of the potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 6/14/11 from among the total number of all entries from among all Restaurants participating in this Sweepstakes. It is anticipated that one hundred four (104) Restaurants will participate in this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified on or about 6/16/11 by e-mail and/or phone.

4. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will receive as the Grand Prize both a One Thousand Dollar Shopping Spree awarded as a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Nordstrom® Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): and a One Year ShoeDazzle® Shoe of the Month Club Membership awarded as a Four Hundred Seventy Nine Dollar and Forty Cents ($479.40) Shoedazzle® Gift Card entitling the Winner to order one (1) pair of shoes each month for twelve (12) months from www.ShoeDazzle.com (ARV: $479.40) Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $1,479.40. Gift Cards must be used in compliance with their respective terms and conditions and in compliance with applicable laws. Sponsor has no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen or tampered with Gift Cards or the Winner's inability to utilize the Grand Prize or any portion thereof. The potential Winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including providing his/her respective Social Security Number for tax purposes) and a Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by state law, by the return date specified in the prize notification letter, or s/he may forfeit the Grand Prize and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. The Winner will also be issued a Form 1099 in the amount of $1,479.40 as required by law. Neither the Grand Prize nor any portion of it is redeemable for cash; nor is it transferrable or substitutable, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, with one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of all entries received by Sponsor throughout the Sweepstakes Period from all participating Restaurants. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select an alternate potential Winner in the event that: (a) the potential Winner is unreachable; (b) the Prize notification email or letter is returned as undeliverable or is not responded to; (c) the failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (d) the failure to execute and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including, without limitation, providing his/her respective Social Security Number for tax purposes) or a Liability/Publicity Release by the specified return date, regardless of the cause of such failure; (e) the potential Winner declines acceptance of the Prize; or (f) if in Sponsor’s determination, the potential Winner has not complied with these Official Rules. Entrants should regularly check their spam filters to ensure it does not contain any Sweepstakes notification emails. NOTE: Sponsor will make no more than three (3) attempts to award the Grand Prize. If after three (3) such good faith attempts, Sponsor is unable to award the Grand Prize; the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor & Others are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, unreceived, lost or stolen entries; for incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or for any technical, technological, computer, typographical or human errors which may occur in the posting of the Official Rules at www.bjsrestaurants.com, the receipt or processing of any entries in this Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with, abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, as solely determined by Sponsor or its representative, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution.

6. RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants, including without limitation the Winner, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor & Others from any and all liability injuries, claims, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind, whether to property or person, arising directly or indirectly out of the acceptance, possession, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of the Grand Prize or component of the Grand Prize including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity, misappropriation of personality and privacy.

7. GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules
and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use his/her individual name, address, biographical information, photograph, and likeness for advertising, publicity & promotion purposes and for any other such purposes as Sponsor so determines, in any and all media worldwide without limitation, without further compensation, permission or notice, except where prohibited by law. SPONSOR & OTHERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF THE GRAND PRIZE. AS SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, YOU WOULD HAVE TO CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS TO LEARN IF ANY OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) of the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Macomb County, Michigan. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Michigan and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Michigan. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in all jurisdictions other than those expressly included above and where prohibited or restricted by law.
