Rob DeLiema has been with BJ’s since 1991, beginning as a marketing and operations consultant and then becoming a full-time employee in 1996. He was director of operations for several years and also served as the general manager of a BJ’s Restaurant before becoming vice president of marketing in 1999. In 2006 he was named president of the newly formed BJ’s Restaurants Foundation and continues in that role today.
